Mix everything together (minus the green onion) very well in a small mixing bowl.
Refrigerate until serving! We recommend chilling for at least 1-2 hours if your cashew cream is at room temperature. We love to top the dip with some chopped green onion and extra dried onion flakes and serve it with ridged potato chips.
Notes
*We use our homemade cashew cream for this recipe. Alternatively, you can sub for 1 cup of vegan sour cream (you may need to add salt to taste).
