Baked French Toast Dippers

These baked french toast dippers are perfect to serve at brunch! They're made with just a few simple ingredients, ready in 30 minutes, and are easy to serve a crowd.

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 6 slices thick cut bread such as texas toast
  • Powdered sugar, for topping
  • Maple syrup, for serving


  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  • Blend the non-dairy milk, banana, cinnamon, and vanilla in a blender or food processor. Pour into a wide bowl.
  • Cut each piece of bread into four slices.
  • Dip each strip of bread into batter and set on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-22 minutes, flipping the sticks after 10 minutes.
  • Top with powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup.
