Baked French Toast Dippers
These baked french toast dippers are perfect to serve at brunch! They're made with just a few simple ingredients, ready in 30 minutes, and are easy to serve a crowd.
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 6 slices thick cut bread such as texas toast
- Powdered sugar, for topping
- Maple syrup, for serving
Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
Blend the non-dairy milk, banana, cinnamon, and vanilla in a blender or food processor. Pour into a wide bowl.
Cut each piece of bread into four slices.
Dip each strip of bread into batter and set on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20-22 minutes, flipping the sticks after 10 minutes.
Top with powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup.
