Ingredients

oz (226 g)
rehydrated soy curls
to rehydrate soy curls: fully submerge in water for 10 minutes, then strain

white or yellow onion
thinly sliced

red bell pepper
chopped

tsp
garlic powder

tsp
onion powder
1
tsp
salt
1
cup (240 g)
vegan BBQ sauce
Instructions
Add all ingredients to your Crockpot™ Slow Cooker. Mix well.
Cook on high for two hours.
Serve as you prefer (we recommend on a bun with some vegan coleslaw).
