Pesto Penne Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups penne pasta uncooked
  • 2 cups basil leaves
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 4 tbsp walnuts
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package.
  • Blend basil leaves, olive oil, walnuts, and garlic in a food processor.
  • Stir in pesto in cooked pasta and warm over low heat.
  • Top with vegan parmesan or nutritional yeast if desired then serve!
