I bought this cookbook for Christmas 2019 to make some vegan dinner/dessert options for my sister and me. We are the only vegans (no one else is even vegetarian) in my family, so we wanted to have more to eat than just…. bread. We made the garlic rolls, the mashed potatoes, the carrots, the creamed corn, the stuffing, and the pumpkin cake- and we were absolutely thrilled with every recipe. Seriously, everything we made wasn’t just good, it was fantastic!! Our non-vegan relatives especially enjoyed the rolls, the stuffing, and the cake. I also have made the cinnamon rolls, and they turned out perfect. I can’t wait to use these recipes for all Thanksgivings and Christmases in the future.
