*(The night before) Soak cashews and sun dried tomatoes in salted water overnight (or at least six hours).
Drain the cashews and tomatoes and put them in the food processor with the nutritional yeast, salt, garlic and turmeric.
Blend until smooth. Add water just until the mixture is creamy. You can taste the cheese at this point and add any extra spice to taste (It tastes delish just like this!).
Form the mixture into a ball and roll into any toppings you wish. I rolled mine in a mixture of crushed croutons, nutritional yeast, and chili powder.
Bake on a lined baking sheet at 200°F for about two hours.
Serve with your favorite crackers, bread, or veggies!
