Chick'n Fettuccine Alfredo

Thanks to Kroger, it has never been easier to create & veganize this dish!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz fettuccine noodles
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup plant based chick'n thawed
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 jar Simple Truth plant based Alfredo sauce
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1/8 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook the noodles according to instructions on package.
  2. Heat up the olive oil on low-medium heat in a large sauté pan.
  3. Stir in the garlic and chick'n.
  4. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the Alfredo sauce and mix well.
  6. Turn down to low heat & cook for about 3 minutes. Do not allow the sauce to boil.
  7. Strain the noodles and rinse with cold water.
  8. Mix the noodles into the sauce, top with parsley & black pepper and serve!
