Method
- Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners – should need about 8.
- Combine ingredients for the base in a small mixing bowl and mix well.
- Evenly distribute the dough into the liners. Place in freezer for ~10 minutes.
- Whisk together ingredients for the topping in another bowl. Evenly top each cup with the chocolate topping. Freeze for another hour, until firm.
- Store in the freezer!
