Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

Who needs Reese’s when you have these?
Servings: 8 pieces

Ingredients
  

For the base:
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats blended into a flour
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds blended into a flour
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter either creamy or crunchy
  • 1.5 tbsp coconut oil liquid
  • 1.5 tbsp agave
For the topping:
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil liquid
  • 3 tbsp agave
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Method
 

  1. Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners – should need about 8.
  2. Combine ingredients for the base in a small mixing bowl and mix well.
  3. Evenly distribute the dough into the liners. Place in freezer for ~10 minutes.
  4. Whisk together ingredients for the topping in another bowl. Evenly top each cup with the chocolate topping. Freeze for another hour, until firm.
  5. Store in the freezer!
