Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Protein Bites

These bites require just seven ingredients and 10 minutes. They're gluten-free, packed with protein, and taste like cookie dough. What more could you ask for in a protein bite?

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup (128 g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup (34 g) vanilla protein powder (we prefer Orgain)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) nondairy milk
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) maple syrup or agave
  • 1/3 cup (37 g) gluten-free oat flour
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (84 g) vegan chocolate chips (regular-sized or mini)

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients, minus chocolate chips, to a large mixing bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  3. Scoop out balls of dough (we prefer using a cookie scoop) and enjoy immediately or place in the freezer and enjoy frozen.
