Method
- Heat oil in a saucepan on medium-high heat.
- Add the chik’n to the saucepan and sauté for ~5 minutes.
- Pour the sauce on top of the chik’n.
- Sauté for another ~5 minutes.
- Crisp each tortilla on a pan on medium-high heat.
- To form the wraps, place spring mix, carrots, noodles, then chik’n strips. Drizzle with more sauce if desired!
Notes
*You can also make a homemade peanut sauce by whisking together 1.5 tbsp. peanut butter, 2.5 tbsp. soy sauce, a splash of unseasoned rice vinegar & sriracha (to taste).
