Method
- Add rice milk to a medium size sauce pan and bring to a light boil.
- Turn heat down to medium & stir in the cheese (continue stirring until cheese melts).
- Once cheese is melted, add all of the spices & can of chilis.
- Mix together & cook for ~5 minutes (stirring occasionally).
- Serve with tortilla chips, pretzels or your favorite cracker! Enjoy! (the dip will continue to thicken as it sits and cools)
