Method
- Add all ingredients except chickpea water in a high-speed blender or food processor. Let blend until mixture becomes too thick and water is needed.
- Add water 1 tbsp. at a time until you achieve desired texture and it is nice and creamy. We prefer about 4 tbsp.
- Top hummus with leftover cilantro & serve with sides of your choice. We love dipping just about anything in it- carrots, celery, red pepper, cucumber, crackers… get creative!
