Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- Blend the non-dairy milk, banana, cinnamon, and vanilla in a blender or food processor. Pour into a wide bowl.
- Cut each piece of bread into four slices.
- Dip each strip of bread into batter and set on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes, flipping the sticks after 10 minutes.
- Top with powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup.
