These baked french toast dippers are perfect to serve at brunch! They’re made with just a few simple ingredients, ready in 30 minutes, and are easy to serve a crowd. Make them to go with tofu scramble for a delicious combination of sweet and savory.

How to make these French Toast Dippers

  1. Prepare. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  2. Make the batter. Blend the non-dairy milk, banana, cinnamon, and vanilla in a blender or food processor. Pour into a wide bowl.
  3. Cut and batter the bread. Cut each piece of bread into four slices. Dip each strip of bread into batter and set on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake. Bake for 20-22 minutes, flipping the sticks after 10 minutes.
  5. Serve. Top with powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup.
