This deliciously protein-packed tofu scramble is the perfect addition to your Sunday brunchin’. Enjoy it with some avo toast or as a BREAKFAST SAMMY!

Trust us – once you start making this, you won’t miss your typical, cholesterol-filled scrambled eggs.

You’ll need:

Extra Firm or Firm Tofu (here‘s an organic option!)

Olive Oil

Low Sodium Soy Sauce or gluten free tamari

Nutritional Yeast (this is our go-to brand)

Turmeric (we like this brand – this gives it its yellow color!)

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Cumin

Salt & Pepper
