Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9”x5” loaf pan.
In a medium mixing bowl, add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Whisk to combine.
Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add the oil, milk, sugars and vanilla and mix to combine.
Fold the dry mixture into the wet. Mix in the chocolate chips.
Pour into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with just crumbs, no raw batter.
Allow to cool at least 15 minutes before removing from the pan. Slice and serve!
