chopped green chilis

jalapeños
drained and chopped (can sub for 1 fresh jalapeño, diced)

vegan mayonnaise

vegan sour cream
can sub for vegan cream cheese

vegan pepper jack cheese shreds
can sub for mozzarella or cheddar

green onions
diced, for topping
Optional add-ins
Liquid from the jarred jalapeños

Diced red onion
Method
Add all ingredients, minus green onion, to a large bowl and mix well.
Top with diced green onions.
Taste and add more salt and pepper, if desired. Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
