- Add all vegetables, broth, milk, garlic powder and onion powder to the slow cooker. Stir, add the lid, and cook on low for 4-5 hours, until veggies are fork-tender.
- Remove the lid and stir in the orzo. Add the lid and cook on high for 15-30 minutes, until the orzo is al dente.
- Stir in the cheese, butter, and nutritional yeast until the cheese and butter are melted and everything is well combined. Taste and add salt and pepper, if needed. Serve!
