- Grease the slow cooker. Spread the cream cheese over the bottom.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup (62 g) of mozzarella overtop, then spread the pizza sauce on top. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup (62 g) mozzarella on top.
- Top with desired amount of pepperoni (if using).
- Cook on high for 1 hour or low for 3 hours.
- Serve topped with parmesan and parsley, if desired. Enjoy! We love this with tortilla chips, toasted baguette slices, bagel crisps, or garlic knots.
