January is National Slow Cooking Month making it the perfect time to pull out your Crockpot™ Slow Cooker! We used our Crockpot™ 6qt Easy-to-Clean Slow Cooker because of its user-friendly features:

  • Automatically shifts to warm setting
  • Dishwasher-safe glass lid

You need just 3-4 ingredients for this recipe!

How to

Using your  Crockpot™ 6qt Slow Cooker means this recipe takes just a few minutes of prep, then lets the slow cooker do the work!

  1. Spread 1 cup of vegan cream cheese over the bottom of your greased slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of vegan mozzarella overtop, then spread 1 cup of pizza sauce on top. Sprinkle another 1/2 cup of mozzarella on top.
  3. Top with vegan pepperoni, if desired.
  4. Cook on high for 1 hour or low for 3 hours.
  5. Top with parmesan and parsley, if desired, and serve! We love this with tortilla chips, crispy baguette slices, or garlic knots.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup (226 g) vegan cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup (113 g) vegan mozzarella
  • 1 cup (240 g) vegan pizza sauce
  • Vegan pepperoni optional
  • Vegan parmesan cheese optional
  • Parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Grease the slow cooker. Spread the cream cheese over the bottom.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 cup (62 g) of mozzarella overtop, then spread the pizza sauce on top. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup (62 g) mozzarella on top.
  • Top with desired amount of pepperoni (if using).
  • Cook on high for 1 hour or low for 3 hours.
  • Serve topped with parmesan and parsley, if desired. Enjoy! We love this with tortilla chips, toasted baguette slices, bagel crisps, or garlic knots.
