Ingredients
  

  • Vegan chocolate chips melted
  • Vegan caramel sauce (optional)
  • Chopped peanuts
  • Pretzels (gluten-free if desired)
  • Vegan peanut butter cups
  • Flaky sea salt

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread a layer of melted chocolate.
  3. Swirl in melted vegan caramel.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and pretzels.
  5. Top with another layer of melted chocolate.
  6. Finish by topping with more pretzels, peanuts, peanut butter cups, and a sprinkle of sea salt.
  7. Freeze until solid, then break or chop into pieces and serve!
