Method
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain, rinse, and (if desired) toss in a bit of oil to keep from sticking.
- Make the sauce by whisking together the Tojang Soybean paste, soy sauce, maple syrup and minced garlic.
- Transfer the cooked pasta to a large bowl and toss in the sauce. Serve immediately topped with sesame seeds and chopped green onion, if desired. Add some sriracha for an extra kick. (This dish can be served warm or at room temperature.)
