Method
Start by making the choco-hazelnut layer:
- Blend all ingredients (minus cereal) in a food processor until well blended.
- Fold in cereal.
- Press into a lined 8×8 pan. Put in freezer to chill.
Make the peanut butter layer:
- Blend peanuts in a food processor until powdery.
- Add coconut oil and continue to blend until the consistency is a thin peanut butter.
- Blend in the agave and coconut flour.
- Spread mixture on top of the hazelnut layer.
Make the chocolate ganache:
- Whisk all ingredients together and pour on top of peanut butter layer.
- Sprinkle on toppings.
- Freeze until solid, then slice and serve!
