Method
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place all ingredients for the spinach dip in a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
- Spread a thin layer of vegan butter on each pita and top with a sprinkle of garlic salt. Place, butter side up, on the baking sheet (you may need a second baking sheet to fit them all). Evenly distribute the spinach dip amongst the pitas. Spread the spinach dip so that it evenly coats the pitas, then sprinkle an even amount of the mozzarella over each.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melty. Slice each into 4-6 pieces and serve.
Notes
*Depending on the size of your pitas, you can make 4-6 pizzas out of this recipe. With 4 pitas, you will have more spinach dip per pizza, but with 5 or 6 pitas you will have a thinner layer of the dip. You can add more cheese to taste, if needed.
