This classic spinach dip is creamy, delicious, and so easy to whip up. With just:
Vegan Cream Cheese (we like Tofutti and Trader Joe’s Brand)
Vegenaise (this is our favorite kind)
Nutritional Yeast (we love this brand)
and salt & pepper, you’ll have the easiest appetizer that everyone will absolutely love. It’s naturally gluten free and much healthier than the one you’ll find at a store!

Serve this warm or cold, with bread, chips, or veggies – the possibilities are endless. We, of course, served this in a bread bowl – because why not?!
Classic Spinach Dip
- 1 8oz tub vegan cream cheese
- 1/2 cup vegenaise
- 4-5 cups packed fresh spinach chopped
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- Serve! We chose to serve it in a bread bowl and also stuffed it into grilled cheeses – YUM!!
- If you’d like to serve warm, bake at 375°F for about 10-12 minutes, until warm and bubbly (also optional to sprinkle more vegan cheese on top before baking, yum!)
