You will not believe that this is made with AVOCADO! Tastes like the pudding you remember eating as a child but without all the dairy and much healthier. All you need is:
Avocado
Stevia
Vanilla
Avocado Pudding
Avocado. Pudding. Need I say more?
Ingredients
- 1 & 1/2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder +more to taste
- 1/4 cup almond milk or other nondairy milk
- 2 scoops concentrated stevia extract* we used Trader Joe’s brand
- 1-2 tsp vanilla to taste
- Extra cocoa powder for topping
- Agave for topping
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Top with a little extra cocoa powder and a drizzle of agave.
- Serve as is or chill for about an hour (tastes delish either way)!
Notes
*Can sub with maple syrup or agave, to taste
