Avocado Pudding

You will not believe that this is made with AVOCADO! Tastes like the pudding you remember eating as a child but without all the dairy and much healthier. All you need is:

Avocado

Cocoa Powder

Almond Milk

Stevia

Vanilla

Agave

Avocado. Pudding. Need I say more?

Servings 2 people

Ingredients
  

  • 1 & 1/2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder +more to taste
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or other nondairy milk
  • 2 scoops concentrated stevia extract* we used Trader Joe’s brand
  • 1-2 tsp vanilla to taste
  • Extra cocoa powder for topping
  • Agave for topping

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor.
  • Top with a little extra cocoa powder and a drizzle of agave.
  • Serve as is or chill for about an hour (tastes delish either way)!

Notes

*Can sub with maple syrup or agave, to taste
