This recipe is amazing and WAY TOO EASY! You will wonder why you haven’t been making this alternative to potato chips all along! 

All you need is:

Zucchini

Oil

Salt

BAKED ZUCCHINI CHIPS

These are simple, healthy, and delicious!
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 3 hours
Total Time 3 hours 10 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 zucchinis, depending on size thinly cut
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F.
  2. Toss thinly cut zucchini in olive oil and salt.
  3. Bake for 2-3 hours, until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce (we like hummus)!
