It’s summer which means we are ready for all things BBQ, so we’re bringing you this brand new recipe for Crockpot™ Slow Cooker BBQ Soy Curls. This recipe is so delicious and so easy–thanks to Crockpot! All you have to do is add all the ingredients to your Crockpot™ Design Series 4.5-Quart Manual Slow Cooker and let the Crockpot do the rest (does it get any easier than that?).

For us, one of the best parts about using our Crockpot is that we can enjoy all our favorite summer activities while dinner is cooking. Whether we’re playing tennis, running errands, going for a walk, swimming, heading to the beach, or working out, we can enjoy it even more knowing dinner will be ready to go when we’re finished.

Ingredients

Lucky for us (and you!), this recipe only requires the below seven ingredients:

Soy Curls (rehydrated)

Onion

Red Bell Pepper

BBQ Sauce

Spices: garlic powder, onion powder, salt

Not familiar with Soy Curls? They’re a soy-based meat alternative made from boiling and dehydrating soybeans. They have a chicken-like texture so they’re a perfect cruelty-free substitute for a recipe that would others call for chicken. You can sometimes find them at your local grocery store or on Amazon.

How to make these BBQ Soy Curls

This recipe is easy as 1, 2, 3!

  1. Add all ingredients to your Crockpot™ Slow Cooker. Mix well.
  2. Cook on high for two hours.
  3. Serve as desired! We love them on a bun with some vegan coleslaw.

So, what are you waiting for? Grab those ingredients (and your Crockpot!) and get cooking! We promise, you won’t be disappointed.

Great recipe! We just made a half batch because my husband wasn’t a big fan of crock pot bbqs to begin with, but he loved this! So nice to have just a quick crockpot meal to grab- and – go.

Hi! This is kind of off topic but I need some help from an established blog.
Is it very difficult to set up your own blog?
I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast.
I’m thinking about creating my own but I’m not sure where
to start. Do you have any ideas or suggestions? Many thanks

Awesome website you have here but I was curious about if you knew of any user discussion forums that cover the same topics talked about here?
I’d really love to be a part of group where I can get responses from other knowledgeable individuals that share the same interest.
If you have any suggestions, please let me know. Thank you!

One other issue issue is that video games are usually serious anyway with the primary focus on knowing things rather than leisure. Although, we have an entertainment part to keep children engaged, each and every game will likely be designed to develop a specific group of skills or curriculum, such as math or scientific research. Thanks for your write-up.
