No-Bake Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Bites
These fudgy, chewy brownie bites are just five ingredients away…
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter +extra for drizzle
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix together oat flour, cocoa powder, peanut butter, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips (these are veg!).
- Scoop out tablespoon sized balls.
- Drizzle each ball with melted peanut butter. Enjoy!
- We love these chilled!

Do you have to use oat flour?
Hi Jordan! Sorry, we haven’t tried another type of flour. You can make your own oat flour by blending oats in a food processor or coffee grinder!
