This recipe is for anyone who makes cookies just so you can eat the cookie dough.
Ingredients
This cookie dough requires just one bowl and seven simple ingredients:
Vegan Buttery Spread (we always use this kind)
Brown Sugar (here’s an organic option!)
Nondairy Milk
All Purpose Flour (measured correctly)
Salt
Mini Chocolate Chips (these are vegan!)
How to enjoy this cookie dough
If you don’t want to eat this solely with a spoon (we don’t judge though), you can make cookie dough truffles, cookie dough bars (recipe HERE), or a cookie dough topped (and filled) cake.
The options are limitless, so get creative!

This was the first SVS recipe I ever made and it did not disappoint! It satisfied my sweet tooth and now I literally crave this easy-to-while-up recipe.
My absolute favorite recipe!!
I make this at least 2 times a month!! I love it so much. Maybe I’ll make some now…?
So easy and delicious my non-vegan husband makes it randomly all the time.
found this recipe at the beginning of my pregnancy and its been a staple go to when im craving vegan cookie dough (which is always) delicious and easy to make!
Soooo good!! Perfect for dairy free kiddos!
I make this at least once a month. It’s delicious! And it’s super easy.
You can’t even tell it’s vegan!! So so so delish!
I love this recipe! I like to put it in a dish and freeze it ad a frozen treat!
For the no bake cookie dough what type non dairy milk should I use?
you can use any kind you want! almond or soy work great 🙂
I’d like to know
If I can use gluten free flour or coconut flour
Can you use Bobs gluten free flour?
we haven’t tried using gluten-free flour (but we’ve heard from some people that it works) — you may need to tweak the amounts a little bit, but it should work fine! let us know if you try it 🙂
Yes! Comes out great may need a little bit more,1-2 Tbs.
This is easy to make and soooo delicious! I’m so happy to have this recipe for when I’m craving something super sweet.
yay! we are so happy you loved it!!
Can you cook this recipe
This recipe cannot be cooked. If you are looking for a vegan chocolate chip cookie recipe, we recommend our classic chewy chocolate chip cookies! Recipe here: https://www.sixvegansisters.com/2018/03/19/classic-chewy-chocolate-chip-cookies/
THESE ARE PHENOMENAL! I halved the recipe and made them into little balls and froze them- they taste just like ben and jerry’s cookie dough in their ice cream! Def making these again!
Love you girls! Great recipe, but this worries me a bit. I see you put a little asterisk telling folks to toast the flour if they are concerned. This should be required, my fellow raw-dough lovers! The reason why we steer clear of raw cookie dough isn’t actually just because of the potential harm from raw egg. Eating flour that hasn’t been processed or cooked is very unsafe! Toast away to kill any potential bacteria! Raw flour is a breeding ground for e coli.
This is SO good we make this recipe often. It’s so quick to make + it’s better then regular cookie dough. Thanks for sharing these recipes
i love making cookies, so this was the easiest cookie dough recipe ever. you can leave it in the fridge to firm up a little if you wanna decorate with it or something. it’s the perfect texture. i’ve made it a couple times with different vegan butters. the “I can’t believe its not butter” vegan one makes this veryyyyy soft. the “Earth Balance” is perfect
My partner & I love this recipe, we make it all the time! ❤️
Love this!! There is a local bakery that serves edible cookie dough but this is by far better. I will be making this from now on!
I used almond flour instead of regular and it was really good! It has a very slight bitter taste that I don’t mind — but if you don’t like that just use a smidge less flour. 🙂
Hi!! Could you freeze this in bite size pieces? Im thinking of adding some to our next batch of ice cream, but I wouldn’t go through it all! But course use it for toppings as well 🤩
I loved this recipe and I recommend it to everyone who wants to learn it too. https://padeiroseconfeiteiros.com/receita-cookie-dough/
This looks amazing. Any idea how many calories?
Loved this!!! My teens and their friends gobbled it up.
Tried this last night! My husband and I loved it!
I made this and loved it! I used country crock plant butter, which has salt. It’s a bit salty so I would recommend either using non salted butter or adding salt as needed after you taste.
Could i use coconut oil instead of the vegan butter?
