This recipe is for anyone who makes cookies just so you can eat the cookie dough. We all do it, no judgments here!
‘Cause what better dessert is there to enjoy for girls’ nights, movie nights, or let’s be honest, a mid-morning snack?
(Spoiler: the answer doesn’t exist)
It requires just one bowl and a few ingredients:
Vegan Buttery Spread (we always use this kind)
Brown Sugar (here’s an organic option!)
Mini Chocolate Chips (these are vegan!)
If you don’t want to eat this solely with a spoon (we don’t judge though), you can make cookie dough truffles, cookie dough bars (recipe HERE), or a cookie dough topped (and filled) cake.
The options are limitless, so get creative!
Edible Cookie Dough
- Beat the vegan butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and milk in a mixing bowl.
- Add the flour and salt and mix until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- That’s all! Dig in!
