- 2 cups packed baby kale chopped small
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease an 8 x 11 glass baking dish. Prepare kale and artichokes.

- Bake for about 15 minutes, until the top is light brown and bubbly. Broil for a minute or so if you want it extra bubbly. Enjoy!
Which brand(s) of vegan cream cheese do you recommend? I haven’t been super happy with many (but I’m a recovering cheese addict…).
we love Tofutti cream cheese 🙂
Yum! I always liked artichoke dip, but it was so oily. This one has all the flavor and texture without the oil. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

Let me tell you!! This was amazing! My mom and dad even liked it too and none of us like artichokes and my dad is not a fan of almost anything vegan. Very delicious, I did cut the recipe in half to make less, but I will definitely make again soon.
Thanks for sharing. I read many of your blog posts, cool, your blog is very good.
